  • Transportation to and from the airport in comfortable tourist vehicles.
  • Stay in a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu for 2 nights, with breakfast included. You can have your own room for an additional charge.
  • Accommodation in guesthouses during the trek, with shared rooms and attached toilets in Lukla, Phakding, and Namche.
  • All meals during the trek (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), including hot drinks and seasonal fruits.

Remember, our pre-trip meeting in Kathmandu provides a free duffel bag and baseball cap. And for every two participants, one porter is assigned to carry your duffel bag throughout the trek. Ensure your daypack weighs around 5 Kg/11 lbs and adhere to the luggage allowance for the Kathmandu-Lukla flight. Down jacket and sleeping bag rental options are available, with a reimbursement policy for loss or damage. Additionally, be mindful of cultural sensitivities when choosing clothing.

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, and spend the day exploring the vibrant streets, temples, and markets.

Day 2Drive to Soti Khola

Take a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola, the starting point of the trek, passing through picturesque landscapes and rural villages.

Day 3Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola

Embark on your trek, crossing suspension bridges and following the Budi Gandaki River to reach Machha Khola.

Day 4Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat

Continue trekking along the riverbank, passing through small settlements and terraced fields to reach the village of Jagat.

Day 5Trek from Jagat to Deng

Trek through lush forests and terraced fields, ascending gradually to the village of Deng.

Day 6Trek from Deng to Namrung

Ascend further into the Manaslu region, passing through traditional villages and enjoying stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Day 7Trek from Namrung to Samagaon

Continue trekking through alpine forests and pastures to reach the picturesque village of Samagaon, situated beneath the towering peaks of Manaslu.

Day 8Acclimatization day in Samagaon

Spend a day acclimatizing in Samagaon, exploring the village and enjoying panoramic views of Manaslu and its surrounding peaks.

Day 9Trek from Samagaon to Samdo

Trek to the village of Samdo, located near the Tibetan border, crossing high mountain passes and enjoying breathtaking views along the way.

Day 10Trek from Samdo to Dharamsala (Larkya Phedi)

Ascend to Dharamsala, also known as Larkya Phedi, the base camp for crossing the Larkya La pass.

Day 11Trek from Dharamsala to Bimthang via Larkya La Pass

Cross the challenging Larkya La pass (5,215 meters), enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, before descending to the village of Bimthang.

Day 12Trek from Bimthang to Tilije

Descend through rhododendron forests and terraced fields to reach the village of Tilije, where you can experience the local Gurung culture.

Day 13Trek from Tilije to Tal

Continue trekking through picturesque villages and lush landscapes to reach the village of Tal, where the Manaslu Circuit trail merges with the Annapurna Circuit.

Day 14Trek from Tal to Syange, Drive to Kathmandu

Trek to Syange and then take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu, where you can relax and celebrate the completion of your trek.
